Message: I have been in the HVAC business for 25+ years now, and I have been buying from this store for the last 6+ years I appreciate Brandon and his guys, the fact they have Saturday hours is helpful too. No offense to anyone else, but I am glad that they quit selling to the public. For me time is money and if I am stuck standing in line behind someone that doesn't understand what they need etc.. It hurts me and my customers. Also it can give quality equipment like Goodman a bad name when it is improperly installed by unqualified people.. Thank you guy's for all your hard work!

Message: They usually have what I need. Open on Saturdays is a huge plus! Be advised they will not take back any electrical parts on a cash only account. You buy it, and it's yours! Know your part is bad before purchasing a replacement. Other than that, decent bunch of guys at the Independence store. Great selection, and Goodman is great equipment. Stands with the best of them.
